Below is a breakdown of the menu items and their detailed descriptions located in the left-hand column of your affiliate page, along with instructions on how to use them.
Affiliate URL
Your affiliate URL is a unique link that contains your affiliate ID. You can share this link directly with others to promote PAYNE-MASON or Co-Branded products. A QR code is also available, which, when scanned, directs users to paynemason.com with your unique affiliate ID embedded.

Statistics / Graphs
In the payouts section, you’ll find a list of earned commissions and the dates on which your payments were processed.
Payouts
You can view your referrals, visits, and commissions in different formats, such as tables or graphs. This helps you easily track your performance and understand how your marketing efforts are paying off.
Direct Links
This is a list of websites and social media platforms you plan to direct traffic from, leading users to the PAYNE-MASON website. These links ensure you receive proper credit for sales from your promotions.
Visits
This tool helps you track where visitors came from (specific URLs or campaigns) and shows whether these visits converted into sales.
Referrals
This section shows a detailed listing of all referred orders, including:
- The product purchased
- The commission amount you earned from each purchase.
URL Generator
This tool allows you to create customized affiliate links to any PAYNE-MASON page:
- Paste the desired URL into the designated field.
- Optionally, create a campaign name to track specific promotions or audiences.
- Copy the generated URL, which contains your affiliate ID, and share it anywhere—this ensures you get credit for any resulting sales.
Coupons
Each affiliate receives a unique coupon code offering a 10% discount to their downline. You can:
- Edit the coupon code text to personalize it.
- Submit the changes for approval. Once approved, share the coupon with your audience with your unique affiliate ID embedded.
Creatives
This section provides access to your unique Co-Branded and/or PAYNE-MASON graphic assets that you can use in your promotions. You can:
- Copy the HTML code to embed the logos or graphics into newsletters, websites, or social media.
- These assets are embedded with your unique affiliate ID to ensure credit for any sales.
AFFILIATE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
To streamline our partnership and ensure prompt and accurate payment processing, we require all affiliates to integrate a direct link on their websites, social media and promote the brand partnership product.
Website Linking
Your unique Affiliate URL, which automatically directs traffic to your co-branded product page on the Payne-Mason website, must be added to your company's website. This integration is essential for providing easy access to your products and enhancing the customer experience. Please ensure this link is properly implemented and prominently displayed on your website to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
Social Media Linking
Social media platforms typically limit URL linking, which can make it challenging to share multiple links. Applications like Linktr.ee address this issue by providing a URL menu-based tool that allows for unlimited URLs, ensuring your co-branded product page and other important links are easily accessible and not lost.
Product Promotion
Leverage social media and newsletters to promote your co-branded products, effectively engaging your audience and directing them to your exclusive product page. This strategy will heighten awareness and draw more traffic to your tailored offerings.
